WINEMAKING
The grapes are carefully selected, and the thinning process is gentle. Pre-fermentation maceration with whole grapes at 10°C for 6 days to intensify the aromas and flavors. Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-28°C with frequent pumping over for up to 14 days. Post-fermentation maceration of 12 days.

AGING
60% of the wine is aged in French oak barrels for a period of 10 months.

BOTTLING AND STORAGE
The entire volume of the wine is blended, then carefully bottled and stored at a controlled temperature.

VARIETY
Malbec 100%

TASTING NOTES
Intense and brilliant red.

On the nose, aroma of fresh plum, floral note of violet, with red and black berries, subtle nuances of black pepper.

On the palate, it reveals notes of black and red fruits and a mineral texture. Balanced acidity, extraordinary elegance, good volume and long-lasting end.
