Malbec Single Vineyard
WINEMAKING
The grape bunches are carefully selected and separated. Pre-fermentation maceration with whole grapes is carried out at 8°C for 10 days, intensifying the aromas and flavors. Spontaneous fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C, with frequent extended pump-overs for up to 18 days. A post-fermentation maceration of 24 days is then carried out.
AGING
The 100% of the wine has been aged in French oak barrels for a period of 18 months.
BOTTLING AND STORAGE
The total volume of wine is blended and then carefully bottled and stored at a controlled temperature.

TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby red in color and dark purple. On the nose, floral notes of violets blend with aromas of blackberries and fresh plums.
On the palate, flavors of red and black forest fruits combine with a subtle note of vanilla, from its aging in French oak.
A full-bodied wine with sweet and round tannins, a delicate, persistent, and memorable finish.

The spontaneous fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 24-26°C, and frequent pump-overs are carried out for up to 17 days. A post-fermentation maceration of 24 days is then performed.

Intense red in color and dark violet tones. On the nose, a floral note is mixed with aromas of black and red fruits. Vanilla nuance comes from aging in French oak.
On the palate, flavors of black and red fruits combine with herbal notes and spices.
A full-bodied wine with sweet and pleasant tannins. Elegant and long finish.
